I'm Josh from SceneKids / Ginpop / a handful of other sites that ran on the same core system.

The site has brought me a lot of joy over the years, with multiple iterations on ideas which eventually led to building a social network.

Building things that people use is my happy place. Sadly though, between the losing moderation battle, dwindling ad revenue, and the constant fear of yet another blind subpoena to fight, I decided to take my ball and go home.

Shout out to the few of you I still keep in touch with. RIP to the fallen.
